this is my current version and I want to update it to the newer one I tried a lot of things but I failed and the update is not getting on AppStore, what can I do?

By "the newer one", do you mean Sequoia? It is seven major versions beyond High Sierra. To run it, you'll need a much newer Mac.

10.13.6 is the latest system your Mac can run. You'll need to get a new Mac.
