Texts to husband going to wrong contact on iPhone

My texts to my husband sometimes go to another person. This person has called my husband’s phone and the caller ID on my husbands phone shows me.

This other person just sent a copy of a text I sent to my husband, asking of course, if this text was mistakenly sent to him.

i have checked all of our contact info and it appears correct. Where is the incorrect link and how can we fix it??
