Please read and follow the instructions in About those "<app> will damage your computer" messages - Apple Community.
The title and subject of that document is not related to what you are experiencing so ignore that fact and all the comments related to it. What you need to do is post the contents of three separate folders as it explains. That is its salient point.
Also be advised deleting Chrome won't do anything. What you need to do is to identify anything and everything related to Google. Chrome is just its browser component.
PS: I have deleted Chrome.app and everything else related I could find with the string "chrome" in it.
