iPhone unexpectedly stops restoring on iTunes for Windows

IPhone disconnects and stops restoring process duing when its restoring from itunes on computer , the computer cut out first time part way through restoring iPhone now it cuts out same place everytime

I restored my iPhone on iTunes on my msi laptop everything was going fine the phone went from dfo to downloading with the Apple and the line underneath loading and the the computer cut out and when I restarted it the itunes was frozen so had to restart the computer and the phone was stuck in the same screen with the Apple and the download line underneath so I turned the phone off and now when I plug the phone into my laptop it picks it up and asks if I want to restore it it reckoninzes it and goes to restore iPhone without downloading the version I need like its already got it downloaded but the it cuts out and stops at the same spot everytime and itunes closes also . What do I do can I download the software manually? Do I uninstall itunes or log into another account so it would download the right software
