Forgot the password to iPhone and icloud account

My sister forgot the apple id password and has also forgotten the password of her iPhone.

she has an iPhone 15 pro, We still have the box of the phone with us. We have tried multiple ways but we are unable to get past that. Is there any way or method through which we can get the phone started? First preference is that all the data should be there , but if that’s not possible a clean reset is also acceptable.

Kindly anyone tell me a way or method through which a recovery is possible.

First, please follow one of these two articles based on your case to reset your iPhone passcode:


iPhone is disabled: If you forgot your iPhone passcode or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support


iPhone is unavailable: If you see a iPhone, iPad, or Apple Vision Pro unavailable message or Security Lockout screen - Apple Support
