No option to re-download song from within Purchased despite authenticating

I'm using iTunes (12.10.11) on a Windows 7 PC, and am unable to download a song I downloaded yesterday.

I downloaded an album yesterday, but there was an issue during download for one of the songs. When I played back that song today, I noticed that that it sounded distorted, so I deleted it and went to iTunes to try to re-download it. (All of the other songs on the album sound fine.)

However, upon going into iTunes > Purchased > Music > All > Songs today, there's no option to re-download the song in question. The song *does* show up along with all of my other Purchased songs, but there's no option anywhere to re-download it. I've even authenticated my PC several times, but nothing changes.

I'm not sure if this is a contributing factor, but I'm using my Japanese iTunes account in the US.

I'd greatly appreciate any advice. Thank you in advance!
