Apple Music won't play when not connected to cellular or WiFi

When I use the music app on my phone to play downloaded music, it stops playing when I move out of a service area. The songs were downloaded. Why do they not play?

Same thing happened with my iPhone 12.

This question was in the search that I did, but there was no answer and the question was from 2017.

Apple music songs not playing on WIFI network My apple music app is not playing songs over Wifi network. I have an iPhone 8 normal. I have recently updated my IOS from 15 to 16. The network is fine, it’s a home network and I’m the only person connected on it. I have tried restarting my iPhone and I’ve even deleted the music app and redownloaded it, but the songs are still not playing. Funny, though everything seems to be fine over cellular data. Someone please help, I’m out of options.

My Apple Music is not playing Hello. I just got an iPhone X and signed in to Apple Music. Immediately I did this, I downloaded music to play offline and it never played. Now they are not playing even on WIFI or Cellular. Mind you, I haven't had any problems with Apple Music before on all the devices I've used. What might the problem and solution to this?
