My Apple Watch Series 10 is not reading my wrist temperature

Just wondering if anyone has actually fixed the issue? I have done all the things, have the focus turned on etc. I’ve even reset the watch and started fresh and it still doesn’t work. Waited way longer than the 5 days it says, no results.

Is this something that apple can fix, is it a fault in the watch itself or a bug in the system?
