AirPods 4 touch function does not work (Amazon)

Hello,

I would like to know if I'm the only one to have this issue or if my fingers are too big...

I've just purchased some AirPods 4 (without noise reduction) in promotion on Amazon (I don't like Amazon, but huh... 129€ instead of 149€...). Almost everything works fine, but not the touch function allowing to take a call, hang up, play or stop the music. I have called the Apple support and they found nothing to solve it so I returned the product to Amazon. Amazon sent me a new one : same issue.

Has someone encountered the same issue I have ? Is this a recurrent problem with this early model or Amazon's stocks have faulty products ? I'm not going to do an exchange again.

Thanks, Johnathan, for your reply. Just before I saw you message, I found the answer. I think these airpods are definitely too smalls for my fingers. Anyway, it works now. Unfortunately, I find the small manual provided by Apple not easy to understand. It's also unfortunate than 2 advisers on the phone were not able to help me to use this functionality properly.

There is no touch functionality.

You have to squeeze the force sensors on the stems.
