Can't add debit card to the Wallet app

I have bought a used iPhone 15, called the bank multiple times and today I got an answer of "Your device has a low device score", as I've read the thread there was an answer that said "Time is your best friend.", anyone got idea how long that would take as I'm still in highschool and carrying a card is hassle, I sometimes forget my PIN and it gets embarassing at the store.


P.S. I do have activated Developer Mode, could that be a reason for low device score as well? Also, my Apple ID hasn't be used since 2020-ish, in the thread's answer it says that might be a reason too.

That’s got to be completely removed including the profile at the path below,


iPhone > Settings > General > VPN& Device Management > please remove all VPN profiles.


Follow that up with resetting you network settings and Location & Privacy settings.


iPhone > Settings > General > scroll down > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings


iPhone > Settings > General > scroll down > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Location & Privacy Settings


Restart your iPhone.
