Like most people that own a 13 mini phone, the screen went different colors during an update. I could still use the phone, but now it won’t even turn on. I have read the app was fixing the screens for free. Does anybody know if that’s true and if so, how you go about getting a new screen so I can try and fix this phone?

I have checked the Apple Service Programs and there is nothing regarding the iPhone 13 Mini. Wherever you heard that Apple was fixing them for free is false.

First, please try a force reset procedure as outlined below, this will determine if this is a software issue.

Then if that doesn't fix your issue, this is likely a hardware issue in which you need to make a reservation at your nearest Apple Store's Genius Bar or an Apple Authorized Service Provider for diagnostics and evaluation, then possibly service.
