Apple wallet restriction called 2 times

Hello I have a question and I wanted to see if anyone here would be able to help me because greendot bank and ALL apple representatives can’t help me, so my apple wallet account has been restricted for no reason, all I do is send money to my friends and family for their birthdays and for buying me occasional candies and such. About a month before Christmas I wasn’t able to to access my apple wallet account with the message “Account Restricted

You can spend your balance or transfer it to a bank. Learn more” and I click the link and call the greendot bank and they transfer me to a supervisor and they basically say I have to wait a month and call again and when I asked why my account was locked they said “it’s a random account check” and I wait a month and call again only for the apple team to tell me once again they can’t see why I was restricted but to wait a month and call again. What else can I do to try and get this resolved? I’ve also done the verify account things so many times and when I called the team member they reset it for me to try and asked me to change the “ST” to “Street” (correct spelling) and it didn’t work, I’ve confirmed my SSN, my name and address as well as my email and phone number. Please help

Here’s what Apple Support article has to say;

If your Apple Cash account is restricted

Your account may be restricted if your identity verification fails multiple times, if there are multiple accounts tied to the same social security number, or if there's suspected fraud on the account. If your account is restricted, you can still transfer your Apple Cash balance to your bank or use it to make purchases with Apple Pay. You can't send or receive money, or add money to your account.”

Is it possible you’ve had multiple accounts and not closed prior accounts properly? Have you checked your credit reports for possible identity fraud?

I only have 1 apple account to my knowledge this is my first iPhone so when I activated it and made an apple account I never had to make another account idek if you can do that. And as far as identity fraud no there shouldn’t be any of that. I have a McAfee account with the paid subscription and check once a month on any activity regarding leaks of my name and personal details and I don’t have a credit card I’m only 19 so I’ve never done anything with credit scores or owned a credit card
