I sent three Apple Watches and one iPad for a trade in to get Apple gift cards that would allow me to purchase latest Apple Watch. Got no email and no gift cards but Apple has my watches and iPad. Called and got no adequate reply.

That may give you some information. Note that Apple will not issue refunds or gift cards until the devices being traded in have been received by their trade-in partner, evaluated, and the value confirmed. That may still be in process.

I am waiting for a reply to live customer service representative call I had a few weeks ago. Model Number M02F3LL/A ; 6 $80 Serial Number GY6DCMUUQ1RP was sent but I never got a gift card or any refund/rebate for this watch. Got two trade-ins for the iPad and other Apple Watch.
