Cannot block Tiktok for child account screentime

Why it is so hard to block tiktok? Any suggested help other than deleting the app from their phone?

There is technically no more TikTok app since it has been banned. iF you delete from your kids phone they will no longer be able to download it again, since it has been removed from all platforms.
