Cardio Fitness - Apple Watch not displaying as a data source

Hi All,

this is driving me crazy, I don't manage to have the Apple Watch as a data source for Cardio Fitness ... it is set as a data source for multiple other metrics but not for Cardio Fitness.

I have reset the phone, watch countless times, I run 4x a week in excess of 40Kms and I track the runs using the workout app!

I managed to get Athlytic and WorkOutDoors as a data source but cannot have the Apple Watch itself.

any ideas ?
