How do I remove my child from Family Sharing?
how can I deleted my child in my Apple sharing

See Leave Family Sharing - Apple Support for removal methods. If the child is under 13 they can only be transferred to another family group rather than removed altogether. If needs be you can turn off purchase sharing in the meantime.
