The screwdriver button is no longer there when you to on Facebook live to mirror the screen ?

It's their app. If they can't help with it, I don't know who could.
That sounds like a great question to ask Facebook support.
Apple is not responsible for the Facebook app, Meta is. They are the only ones who can fix it, this is not an Apple issue.
