Attention aware features not working on iPhone 16 Pro screen lock

Are you looking at your screen when the phone is ringing?

Today I updated to latest IOS 18.3 and after updating my I phone 16 pro i am having following issue

“The attention aware features are turned on, but there is no action while the screen is locked (ringtone sound is not lowering)”

I think it’s a bug

Attention Aware does appear to not be working. But asking anyone here to fix or escalate it, won't get you anywhere. This is a user to user only forum, which Apple doesn't participate, nor read for user feedback.

Its was working b4 the update of 18.3.1..but stopped afterwards. So its not a screen cleaning issue as it works in unlock mode but not when locked. Apple updated have degraded every new update takes away some existing features. There many other features missing post update. 18.3.2 didnt fix them either. Looks like apple is not aware

I am also having the same problem after updating it to 18.3.1. If i factory reset my device will it be of any help? Has anyone tried it? Please let me know.
