200 cash back never received
Dear Apple Support,
My name is Sahar, and I’m reaching out regarding a refund issue that has caused significant frustration. In July, I was scammed for $500, and after contacting Apple Support, $200 of that amount was recovered. I requested the refund via check, and your team confirmed it would be sent. However, I never received it.
After following up multiple times since July, I was informed in January 2025 that the check was never sent. When I requested it again, I was asked for a routing number, but my bank does not use routing numbers. I have confirmed this with my advisor.
I am very upset, as I was misled by your customer service representative about the status of the check, and this issue has been ongoing for over 8 months. I have email evidence to prove the miscommunication if needed.
I kindly request the $200 refund to be processed immediately and for Apple to take responsibility for the delays and inconvenience caused. I expect compensation for the time and effort I’ve spent resolving this.
