I use iCloud + and I would love to download all my photos and videos from iCloud to my laptop (windows) is that possible if yes how can I do it?

Thank you ,now i can open all my photos in my laptop. But i guess if i cancel my iClode+ i will not be abel to open my photos. I want to open them evan after canceling iClode+ . Is it possible?
