Monterey 12.7.6 Preferences Error: Could not load Security & Privacy preference pane
Any advice for resolving the Preferences error below (in Monterey 12.7.6)?

What worked for me was reinstalling an earlier version of Monterey (12.7.4) and not updating to Version 12.7.6. After reinstalling the operating system, I restored just my user account from a Time Machine backup using the Migration Assistant. Except for my user account, I disabled all other Migration Assistant options (such as System & Network).
