Photos no longer synch after a 15.3 Sequoia upgrade

Hi:

I just upgraded my Mac (MacBook Pro 14-Inch, 2021, Chip Apple M1 Max) from MacOS 15.2 to 15.3.

Everything seemed to go well except that my iPhone no longer synchs photos with my Mac.

No changes were made to the iPhone.

I've tried these 5 possible remedies without any luck:
