How can I resolve auto-payment issues with my Apple Card?
On October 2024, the Auto-payment from Apple Card failed to pay the full amount owed.
It always payed the full amount automatically, since 2019. I had sufficient funds in my account.
September 2024: Due $64,53 => Auto-payment paid $64,53
October 2024: Due $147,90 => Auto-payment paid $64,53, leaving $83,37 open balance.
November 2024: Due $73,43 + interest => Auto-payment paid $148,14
December 2024: Due $21,64 + interest => Auto-payment paid $32,45
January 2025: Due $21,64 + interest => I manually paid $43,28
Now Goldman Sachs is not recognizing the error, and will not give be back the interest.
From my calculations, I was wrongly charged $23,79 in interest.
Has anyone seen something like this?
