I cannot load most apps after latest 18.3 update.
cannot download my latest emails,Whats app,banking apps, infact any app just show the circle of doom and will not load.

problem solved, it was my VPN

This is unexpected behavior, Try to force restart your iPhone by the steps below:
Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
Problem solved.
I use a VPN, Surfshark. Disconected then reconected and all ok.
