Hot corner's Quick Note always opens a main Note app as well

This happens whenever main Note application is fully closed and I'm opening Quick Note for the first time (via hot corners). After around 30 seconds main Note app is suddenly being launched. And it's quite annoying when out of nowhere some application been launched unexpectedly in front of you, even though you did not ask for it.

Is it possible to prevent running main Note whenever I'm just trying to use a Quick Note? If I'm launching Quick Note, it means I want to use Quick Note, and that's it. Is it normal behavior or a bug?

Hot Corner is already opens Quick Note window where I can write my notes. Why need to open and display the main app with the delay of 30 seconds? Or at least why not to open it in the background so it does not obstruct other applications?

If I open Quick Note – I wan to work with the Quick Note. If I'll need to work with the main Notes app – I'll open it myself. I don't understand why one should always trigger the another. It's not really intuitive and convenient.

in (mbpro13m2) monterey and (mbpro16m2) ventura.. when you open quick note.. the main app doesn't popup. while in (macminim4) sequoia after opening quick note, the main app opens. i dont know if thats the new behavior in sequoia. it drives me crazy hahahaha
