How do I find and delete missing iCloud back up data?

It may have been a need to wait. But, if you were able to view it correctly from other devices, then that tells you that it is an issue with this device, and not iCloud.

"How do I find and delete missing iCloud back up data?: Hi I deleted previous phone backup, but somehow it seems it wasn’t deleted from iCloud. At the main “Manage Storage” page I see Backups using 35GB, but when entering the Backups, they are only using 14GB. Where are my missing 20GB?"

Seeing What in iCloud Backup:

You'd have to do so one type at a time. For example...

1. Photos: https://www.icloud.com/iclouddrive
2. Contacts: https://www.icloud.com/iclouddrive
3. Cloud Storage: https://www.icloud.com/iclouddrive

Download All of iCloud Drive:

You can download all of iCloud, and then search through the iCloud download using a the Search Bar on the top-right corner of a new Finder window on a Mac.
