How to mirror iPhone to LG TV?
I need to screen mirror my iPhone to my LG TV. I tried doing it through the Control Center by selecting the mirroring icon, but the device list is empty – it doesn’t find my TV.
I’d appreciate any advice.

I also own an LG TV, and streaming through AirPlay works seamlessly. Recently, I bought a new TV - my model is UN85, and as I understand, it has built-in AirPlay. My old TV didn't have it. What's your model?
Above, some mirror apps were suggested. Give this one a try: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/docast-screen-mirroring-to-tv/id6446948344

Did you connect your iPhone and TV to the same Wi-Fi network? This detail is crucial.
I’ve had this issue before. I had two networks - one regular and one 5G. My TV was connected to the regular one, while my phone was on the 5G network, and that was my mistake.
Verify whether the LG model appears in the supported TV list here: https://www.apple.com/eg/apple-tv-app/devices. If the model is compatible yet AirPlay remains unresponsive the feature might simply be turned off and require activation through the settings.
Have you checked if your LG TV supports AirPlay? You can find this in the TV settings under General → Apple AirPlay Settings.
If your TV supports AirPlay, make sure it’s turned on. Also, both your iPhone and TV must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network - double-check this. If they aren’t, your TV won’t appear in the list of available devices, which seems to be the issue based on your screenshot.
Try restarting both devices as well - this often helps.
If your LG TV doesn’t support AirPlay, you can look for screen mirroring apps in the App Store. These apps are useful for TVs that aren’t compatible with Apple technology or for older models.
Another option is using a cable. You’ll need a Lightning to HDMI adapter and an HDMI cable. Connect the adapter to your iPhone, plug the HDMI cable into both the adapter and the TV, then switch your TV to the correct HDMI input. Your iPhone screen should appear on the TV right away.
do the tv support it?
my lg does but doubt all models do,
mine show up along side my appletv box
maybe it can be disabled and enabled in the tv's settings though
otherwise you can try to force restart the iphone
Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
and of cause if the iphone and tv are operating on different networks such as
wired/2.4Ghz/5Ghz then the wifi router needs to be set to bridge the network types
LG TVs can be hit or miss with AirPlay, but if yours doesn’t support it, there are still ways to mirror your screen. DoCast is a good option since it lets you both mirror and stream videos, which not every app does.
Some people go with the Screen Mirroring App, but that one only offers basic mirroring - no direct video or photo streaming. Also, the Replica app does both, so it’s worth a shot, too.
Honestly, these apps all have their little quirks, so the best move is to try a couple and see which one works best with your TV.
If you don’t want to deal with Wi-Fi or app limitations, just grab a Lightning-to-HDMI cable and connect your iPhone straight to your LG TV. It’s old-school, but it works every time.
