How do I prevent apps from becoming unresponsive after Sequoia updates on Mac?

Hi all,

Essentially, the last two updates for Sequoia (I'm on 15.3.1) render my browsers or any apps sort of useless for an unspecified period (First time it was a week and the one after was under a week). For instance, my internet is working but on apps like google chrome, safari or Spotify, nothing loads and it says that the connection was reset.

This what my spotify is stuck on. My chrome is now working for some reason. I'm unsure what the issue is, and I would like a quick fix to avoid this happening in future whenever I update my Mac. Let me know if anybody else is having this issue?

Does this occur for a different user, e.g., Guest ?

Consider the possibility of a third party software conflict.  EtreCheck can be used to investigate what is installed.  Give it full disk access. You can post the report here. Someone might spot something.
