Temporary guest access to iCloud?

I have a family video (digital) that I would like to send to a family member, the file is too big to send via Mail Drop. I’ve tried to research on Apple support whether it is possible to set up a temporary access, but was unable to find anything specific (I may be overlooking the answer.) I was hoping that I could set up and e-mail a temporary link and password. Possibly important info, my relative uses a Windows PC, that may be important. Thanks for any assistance or guidance!

family sharing Separating from wife. She has a .Mac email address she set up (or I did) 15 years ago. I plan to take her off family sharing. Does that mean she will lose access to emails or things like photos or is that a separate thing?
