Having the same issue. Carrier is AT&T, same iCloud account, same wifi. Restarted. Started the end of February.

I've been having the issue for a while between iPhone 16Pro and MacBook Pro (operating systems both updated).

Once I tried a suggested shut off wifi on MacBook and back on after about 30 seconds...it successfully synced. Since that first success it is no longer working. It is VERY annoying.

And before anyone gives a list of the usual make sure you are on same wifi, same iCloud account etc. etc. hold your breath.

I'm having a similar issue. My iPad and iPhone are in sync and get messages virtually instantaneously. My Mac Studio running Sequoia 15.3.2, doesn't get them for several minutes or longer. Also, deleting a message on my Mac, doesn't delete on my iOS devices. Granted I have a lot of messages, but why would that only affect MacOS and not the iOS devices. Rebooting doesn't help.
