I'm assuming you are referring to an Apple Pay account. I don't have or want one by reason of not liking the touch method of ID confirmation.

Here's Apple's list of what you NEED to do to make a valid application, but since you've already deposited $25, then you need to put the Apple pay system to the test by making a small purchase, outtake some cash in case the account isn't working.
