phone won't turn on after glitching a bunch

my phone started to glitch a lot like lines over it and then it randomly started turning off but it eventually turned back on, but now its just black all my notifications I can feel the vibrations to, but my phone won't turn on, I have even tried turning it on using the power and volume button but it started vibrating as if I was calling someone or someone was calling me, then the flashlight turn on for a second and a loud siren played, please help I don't know what happened.
