Which monitor is the best and most compatible for the Mac Mini

Best is relative to budget and without having a range of price that your budget allows it is impossible to make suggestions. Monitors can range from a couple hundred to thousands of dollars that are all compatible with the Mini.

You may want to consider what size of text you would prefer on the screen. That's because
If you like the size of text on a 27" 2560x1440 monitor, a 27" 5K display running in "like 2560x1440" mode would give you that size of text – but with much better sharpness and clarity (due to the use of 5K resolution to draw the letter shapes).
If you prefer exceptionally large text, a 27" – 32" 4K display running in "like 1920x1080" mode could give you big text with increased sharpness and clarity (due to the use of 4K resolution to draw the letter shapes).
Not considering cost and what model of mac you have then I would say Apple Studio display or LG 5k 27". I have both.
There is no such thing as Best on any product, that is why we have choices. Your question is so broad that it makes it impossible to answer. Think about what your uses are and the do some due diligence on monitors that are available and select the one the comes closest to fitting your needs.
