Can I download my iTunes library from iCloud backup to a new PC?

My computer which held my Itunes Library Died. My Ipad is backed up on Icloud. I will be setting up a new pc and want to know if i can download my Itunes library from the cloud backup, and if all of my music will be present (eg some that was downloaded from CD)?

Can music from my CD’s be stored in the cloud? I stored all my CD’s on an old Apple laptop and when I replaced it everything copied over. But over the years I excluded it from backups to the cloud and Time Machine. My last laptop dropped dead without much warning. So can I backup my playlists on my iPhone to either the Apple cloud storage to drop onto the new laptop or to Time Machine? TIA!

I have over 2000 songs in my iTunes library on my iPhone. That wasn't included in the backup list of items. How do i get those added to my iCloud backup of what is on my iPhone? I am getting a new iPhone 14 and am preparing by doing a backup. In the settings I see that my iTunes library isn't included. Does anyone have info on how to get my library of songs into an iCloud backup?

IPad Pro Music Upon purchasing a new IPad Pro I used the backup from my older IPad Air. Unfortunately all of the music in my ITunes account did not download and I just noticed this. How do I get the rest of the music in my ITunes account onto my IPad Pro?

If you open iTunes on your computer then plug in your iPad into the computer or you can log into your Apple ID on iTunes and your iTunes Library should appear there
