How do I unlink my Apple Card from my daughter's Apple Account?

My Apple credit card is somehow linked to my daughter's apple ID, however it doesn't show up in her apple wallet and I have gone into the permissions for the card to make sure that she is not set as an authorized user. We have tried every way we can think of to stop my card from being the default for her purchases on her phone, but it keeps happening.
