Download APPLE to my HP laptop

How do I download Apple iTunes / Apple Support. (App - icon) latest Newest version ..

to my laptop HP ??

I am waiting on support to call me and hopefully walk me through it later this evening!

BUT this has been a major issue! I have forgotten my iPad Pin (which has ALLLL OF MY WORK ON IT) bummer…

Needless to say, my only option is to unfortunately factory hard reset my iPad, and start over again… THIS IS A NIGHTMARE!

• I LOVE Apple Security and the privacy protection they offer, and how secure that they maintain all of it. I do want to say though, if my opinion matters, it might be just a bit too secure, even to the owner of a device. lol Sounds a bit stupid, hear me out why …

~ If forgotten a PIN or passcode to get into your Apple device, is not an option, that’s insane to me.

Personally, it’s no different then if you forgot a password to your Apple ID/Icloud, or anything else. The only difference is, NOW, the fact that you’re completely locked out of your entire device, and it doesn’t even give you the opportunity to change, update, or select forgotten PIN/Password option.. It should allow you to have that option! (Just for situations like these - A lot of Apple users, as well as myself have SOOOO much important information, work, and more stored on the device. So that’s a major loss, because a PIN doesn’t give you a forgotten/reset option by call/text/or email)…

Because I’m losing a bunch of my clients work doing this,

and no, it’s not necessarily anybody’s fault, other than myself for my own forgetfulness. i’m just looking more so on the principal here, and the loss of so much that’s going to cost me because it’s my work, clients important information.

This could happen to anyone, and I hope it doesn’t/hasn’t.

Even if some of my devices is backed up. I’m still losing a lot.

so maybe on Apple next iOS update this situation will be included and resolved for future situations of many of us.
