Why won't my iPhone 16 turn on after charging?
Hi guys, this morning I woke up and my phone was dead (no battery), this made sense because I did not charge it overnight. The screen had the dead battery symbol and I proceed to put it to charge, after 15 minutes I wanted to check the time and tried to turn my phone on but nothing. its been 10h now and I have tried everything: leaving it in to charge for an hour without interruptions, pressing all the buttons and holding the side button and volume button. The phone did not seem overheated, it was warmish but not similarly close to how it gets when the weather is warm outside just warm like it has been used, now since I couldn't use the phone the phone is back to being cold and it still wont turn on. The screen is black and I cant even get the apple logo to pop up. I bought it 5 months ago when it came out, this seems like a very short time to have an Iphone damaged. I will bring it to the apple store on Monday, hoping they will fix the issue but I'm still scared about all of my photos and data on there. the phone is connected to an Icloud but I don't think all of the data is transferred. Anyone with a similar issue? what was the solution? opinions?
