What causes iTunes (Error -1) on iPads?

The iPad Pad" could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (-1).

I have ipad 3 model A1430 .my iPad will not turn on, it appear apple logo goes on when I press power on and then off .

I am trying all the methods change the computer, buying original caples (apple brand) ,turn off the antivirus , restored in DFU and recovery mode but all them didn't work

Is there anyone solve my problem
