When listening to Spotify and someone starts talking or other sounds interfere, AirPods 2 and 4 both lower the music sound. How to change this feature?

On iPhone swipe from top right corner of screen down and towards center. This will open a window which you will see the speaker icon on very right. Press and hold icon, look for the settings on your AirPods.
It’s mostly likely set to awareness for noise cancellations. Press and hold button on AirPod to switch between each setting.
Turn off noise for no lowering of sound because someone’s trying to speak with you.
