icloud photos folder organization

Hello everyone, when I connect my iphone 6 to my win 10 desktop PC with USB, I am seeing 100CLOUD and 109APPLE folders. How does iOS organize such folders ?

how do i transfer photo albums to icloud? Hi, for ten years i have been syncing my photos with itunes on my pc i used to manually organize the photos from my iphone to pc folders and then use the itunes sync. lately i decided that i'd like to start syncing the photos to iCloud, however i have not found a way how to transfer all the 10 years of photos from my pc to icloud. does anyone have an idea? one important point, i do NOT want the photos that i upload to iCloud to appear in the 'recent' folder. the idea is that i want to be able to move photos away from the camera folder into different photo albums thanks!
