When invites just show up as emails and not in your calendar inbox, it’s usually a sync issue or a setting that’s not playing nice.

First, check your Settings > Calendar > Accounts and make sure your email (iCloud, Gmail, Outlook, whatever you’re using) actually has Calendars turned on. Sometimes it gets turned off for no good reason.

If you’re using Gmail, Google has this weird thing where it treats invites as regular emails unless you change a setting. Try going to Google Calendar in a browser, hit Settings > Event Settings, and make sure “Automatically add invitations” is turned on.
