How can I prevent my child from seeing private photos in Family Sharing?

when I decided to family share with my son, who is nine, I did not realize I was going to share my email and photos with him. I've tried everything to get the photos off of his phone and I just can't figure it out! I've logged out of his Apple account, and stopped sharing all of the photos are still there. Is there delete them all if I do is just leave them from his phone or is it delaying them from the cloud as well? Can anyone please help he can see my email he can see my picture he can see all of my personal stuff I got to get this to stop !!!
