Why are only half of my 30,000 photos uploading to iCloud on my WinPC?

I have 30,000 photos uploaded to the icloud folder on my winPC. But only half of them were uploaded (there is enough space, even with a reserve), and the rest are frozen and do not upload. What should I do in this situation?

Not all photos are uploading to iCloud I have recently rebuilt my iPhoto library so that all my photos from all previous devices are on one computer in one iPhoto library. This iPhoto library holds 45,000 photos and videos. I am using iCloud for the first time to back up this library (I used a different online storage system previously) but it has only uploaded 15,000 of the 45,000 photos in my library. I have tried everything - I have literally waited weeks to see if it just needs more time, I have tried restarting my computer, I have turned the iCloud back up on and off numerous times. And yes I have more than enough storage space in iCloud. Nothing seems to work. If anyone has any suggestions it would be much appreciated?

Why can I not upload photos from my PC to iCloud? I store photos from my Nikon on my PC which takes up a lot of room. I'm trying to upload the 344GB of photos to iCloud but every time I try it says "There is not enough space on iCloud Drive" "You need an additional 316GB" despite upgrading from a 200GB plan to the 2TB plan for this reason. Any workaround?

iCloud deleted my photos while syncing I recently upgraded to the 2TB iCloud option with my family and decided to active iCloud Photos for the 400GB library on my Mac. After several days of uploading the process stopped and now about 90% of my photos are gone. They are not in my photo library on the Mac nor on any other of my Apple devices. Interestingly, the library file on my Mac is now at 700GB. The Mac library still shows nearly 80,000 items in the library, my phone and iPad list 40,000 items. On all devices all the album names etc are listed, but the albums are empty. The photos are not in the recently deleted folder, Unable to upload lists about 300 images. They are also not on iCloud.com Has this happened to anybody else?
