Possible to report a developer in App Store for "spam"?

Was advertised a game a day ago featuring lime slices, by "AI Games" or something. They had a bunch of apps that seemed to be low quality (yes, I know those shovelware apps are literally everywhere, but it stuck out to me).

They were not just taking graphics from Rainbow Friends (a niche Roblox horror game) for one instance, there's the obligatory Minecraft and Super Mario Bros. ripoff (with the former, it's happened twice - they even ripped off Pixel Gun, I believe).

Any way to report them for "spam"? Because I have not seen any button for it, and it was weird. And also because I'm not taking my time to report their games, especially with how there seems to be no proper report button.
