transfer mp4 from windows machine to iphone

I moved the file to iCloud and on my phone it appeared in iMovie. After iMovie did its thing the movie went to my photo stream, not to the “movies” folder in the Apple tv app.

What did I do wrong?

Can't transfer a large file from Ipad Pro to PC I created a video in iMovie that lasted 27 minutes. I saved it to Photos. When I tried to put it on my PC via cable everything but the film appeared. I went back to the Photos app and the film did not play. Also all the other films in the app no longer played. Apple support tech said to try saving as a file and going through icloud. This took over an hour and crashed the myicloud.com website. Deleting the large film file from the Photos app immediately allowed the other film clips to start working normally again. Hoping for good suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Transferring Files between an iPhone and a Windows PC Hello, I have video files on my iPhone and want to transfer them to my computer. The videos I want to transfer are all organized in my official Apple Files app. When I go to my computer and open iTunes, Navigate to my iPhone summary, and try to transfer files in between the iPhone and PC I cannot because I can't seem to find an option letting me transfer files directly from the Files app through iTunes onto my PC. There is an option for iMovie and a third party files app I have on my iPhone but not for the official Apple Files app. I cannot transfer them from my Files app to the third party files app. I cannot transfer them through iCloud as I have very poor internet service where I live. I want to transfer these files via usb through iTunes onto my PC. This seems like it would be incredibly easy except Apple does not want this to happen for some reason. I do not understand how I can't transfer files via a usb connection from one Computer to another. Any advice would be helpful to transfer these files.

Movies transfered from Mac to iPad show up as music videos I have my ipad connected to my MB pro via usb-C. I’ve tried transcoding the video into several formats that are supposedly compatible with ipad, and have the ipad set to ‘manually manage music videos and tv shows’. drag n drop the video to my ipad via Finder and it accepts the transfer BUT the video appears on the ipad under ‘Songs’ and plays like a music video instead of as a regular movie. how can I get it to show up as a movie? note: I do have Cloud Music Library selected for music which may be causing the problem, I’m not sure. *when I transfer via AirDrop they go to the Photos library which is not what I want either. I’d like them to be ‘Movies’ in the TV app if possible. Mac: MB Pro 2017 Ventura 13.3.1 iPad pro 6th OS 16.4.1
