Hi i want to recover my old apple account but the only what i have is contact with my trusted phone number and i know my id. Can u help me please?

If you still have access to your trusted phone number, you should be able to get back into your Apple account pretty easily. Just go to iforgot.apple.com, type in your Apple ID, and follow the steps. When it asks how you want to reset your password, pick the option to use your phone number. Apple will send you a verification code by text or call, and once you enter that, you should be able to set a new password and get back in.
