An exe file would be for Windows.

The latest printer driver for Mac appears to be for macOS 10.15 Catalina (https://support.brother.com/g/b/downloadlist.aspx?c=us&lang=en&prod=mfc7360n_all&os=10060). Do not expect it to work with a later Mac operating system. Anything else would be experimental.

It should be possible to use the printer (connected to one of the LAN ports of a Wi-Fi router) with an iPhone or iPad via a Brother iPrint&Scan app (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/brother-iprint-scan/id382775642).

Otherwise, if absolutely necessary, and since Windows printer drivers exist, you may have to print to/save as PDF on the Mac and then transfer this file to a PC for printing.
