Icloud on PC doesn't show up items such as air tags, only devices

Find My app on iCloud for PC does not include AirTags or Items

I have some AirTags that I can track on my iPhone, but when I use the iCloud for PC, the Find My app does not include "Items". Is there a fix for that?

Hi Alan-RC,

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. This is expected behavior. As mentioned in Find your keys, backpack, and more with AirTag - Apple Support, you will need the Find My app to locate AirTags.

Since the Find My app is not available on iCloud.com, tracking AirTags there is not currently possible.

I dispute this response; as you can see clearly when you sign into icloud.com there is the 'findmy' app clearly located on the apps window. However, it still only shows devices and not ITEMS which is where air tags appear on the iphone. Should be fairly simple to add in so that an apple user can locate ALL their device and items from any device they are signed into. What happens if they loose their iphone and or its stolen but still have air tags??
