kernal panic on updating to macOS 15.3.2

My Mac Studio has been reasonably stable but received a crash message on updating to current macOS tonight - see below. The only app open was Safari at time of restart for updating. This mac covered by AppleCare+ until October 2025

In spite of crash, macOS did update to 15.3.2. Should I ignore or be concerned?

thanks

Have you shut down and restarted more than once since your update...

It is odd, but a one off crash I would not be concerned or investigate further unless it repeats.

Keep getting Kernel panic when trying to update to 15.3.2 as well - do you have a suggested solution?

A SafeBoot Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support will sort many anomalies

Login and try again your update from there...

if third party interference; most extensions etc are not loaded in safe boot mode.

examples: third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus
