ICloud for Windows thinks it is a different computer?

Occasionally, ICloud for Windows 11 will ask me to authenticate again. Once I do that, all the Shared Albums disappear and they need to fully re-sync again (directory is empty). It is like ICloud thinks this is a new computer. I say this, as it seems to add a new computer to my device list when I look on my Iphone. Any thoughts on how to stop this from happening? Thanks in advance.

Can't set up iCloud for Windows on my PC I'm trying to set up icloud for windows, but when I log in, it tells me that my Apple ID must be used to set up iCloud on a Mac or iOS device first. I have already set iCloud up on my iPad!

max 5 computers synchronizing inTunes for apple devices i want to sync my iPhone and create a backup copy, but after full process i get the message only 5 computers can be used, delete itunes from one of the old ones and then synch to my PC is terminated.. problem is, these computers are long gone to pc heaven or delivered back to my company, so i'm not able to clean them out now. so how can i delete the registered computers in icloud/itunes ?
